Forms for the buyer, every time

Selling through a public sector framework means paperwork per booking or per call-off. A staffing framework can ask for a compliance checklist with every worker, and a consultancy call-off can ask for CVs in the buyer's own layout.

The details are already in the CV and your compliance records. Typing them into each buyer's form takes the time.

How it works

   Load the buyer's form once

   Upload the checklist or CV format the buyer or framework issues, or start from a Formatix template below. Formatix builds a template that keeps its layout, and you check a filled sample.

   Send in the documents

   The CV and your compliance records and notes, by upload, by email to [email protected], from JobAdder, Salesforce or HubSpot, or from inside ChatGPT or Claude.

3. 3

   Check, complete and send

   The filled document opens beside the sources. Complete the blank fields, such as declarations and signatures, and download it in Word or PDF.

Formatix copies what your documents say. It does not carry out checks or sign anything for you.

Frequently asked questions

Are these the official framework forms?

No. They are Formatix templates for suppliers submitting to a framework, built to follow the structure of the forms suppliers are asked to complete. They are not official and carry no government logo. Always check the current version your buyer or framework issues, and upload it if it differs.

Does Formatix carry out the checks on the form?

No. It copies what your records say into the form and leaves anything they don't contain blank. Checks, declarations and signatures stay with you.

Where are the documents kept?

Formatix is UK-hosted on AWS London. Team owners can set records to delete automatically after 30, 60, 90 or 365 days, records can be deleted at any time, and documents are never used to train AI models.
