Government Digital and Data role CV
A Government Digital and Data role CV maps a consultant to a role and level in the UK Government Digital and Data Profession Capability Framework, with evidence for every skill that level needs. Formatix fills it from the CV and your notes, takes the role, level and skills from the framework, and shows "Evidence not stated" wherever the CV gives none.

What it is
The Government Digital and Data Profession Capability Framework describes digital, data and technology roles, their levels and the skills each level needs. Buyers use it to judge whether a proposed person fits the role.
The Formatix template sets out the framework role and how it was chosen, clearance and availability, a profile, every framework skill for the level with the level expected and the evidence from the CV, the career history, certifications and education, and a Still needed box. It runs to two pages at most per person and carries no government branding.
The level shown for each skill is what the framework expects for the role, not an assessment of the person.
What Formatix fills in
| Field | Filled from |
|---|---|
| Role family, role and role level | The framework, for the role your notes propose or the closest match to the current job title |
| How the role was chosen | Stated on the CV: proposed by the supplier, or closest match to the job title |
| Framework skills and level expected | The framework, every skill for the level, in its order |
| Evidence for each skill | Only what the CV or your notes show the person did |
| Security clearance, location, availability | Only as stated |
| Years in digital and data | As stated, or counted from dated roles |
| Career history, certifications, education | The CV |
What stays blank
| Field | Why it stays blank |
|---|---|
| Evidence the CV does not give | Shows "Evidence not stated"; generic wording is never written in its place. |
| A role level no job title clearly matches | The framework section is left empty and goes on the Still needed list; a higher level is never chosen. |
| Clearance not stated | Never inferred from working in government or defence. |
The Still needed list
When anything is missing, the CV prints a Still needed box for the supplier with up to five items the buyer will expect, most important first: for example evidence for named skills, the security clearance level, sponsor and expiry, availability, or the framework role and level the person is proposed for.
