Many IT services clients send their own resume template with the requirement and expect every submission in it. The consultant's resume is in another layout, so a recruiter re-types it, reorders the skills and trims it to fit, often against a same-day deadline.

Then the bench list needs updating too, by hand, from the same resumes.

How it works

   Upload the client's template once

   The resume template that came with the requirement, in Word. Formatix builds a template that keeps its layout, and you check a filled sample. Each client's format is kept for next time.

   Send in the resumes

   Upload one or a batch, email them to [email protected], let new resumes come in from JobAdder, Salesforce or HubSpot, or work from inside ChatGPT or Claude.

   Check and submit

   Each resume opens beside the original for checking and editing, then downloads in Word or PDF. The bench hotlist comes out in Excel.

Formatix lays out what the resume says. It does not add skills, certifications or experience the consultant doesn't have.

Does it change what the consultant has done?

No. It places only what the resume and your notes contain; anything missing stays blank for your team to complete.

What does it cost in US dollars?
