For bid and tender teams
Formatix AI formats staff CVs into the layout a tender asks for, such as an Employee CV form, a development-bank key expert CV, an SF330 Section E resume or a framework consultant CV, and builds the key personnel schedule from the same CVs. It works from your firm's own CVs in any layout, in Word, Excel or PowerPoint.
No credit card. Your first ten CVs are free, and the trial credits are valid for 14 days.
Every bid wants the CVs in a different format
Each tender comes with its own CV form, its own page limit and its own order of sections. Your people's CVs are in a dozen layouts, some years out of date, and the bid team re-types them into the new form the week the proposal is due.
One wrong date or a role that doesn't match the staffing schedule can cost marks, so every CV gets checked by hand as well.
How it works
- 1
Load the tender's format
Upload the CV form from the tender documents in Word, or start from a library template such as the tender employee CV or the SF330 Section E resume. Formatix builds a template that keeps the layout, and you check a filled sample.
- 2
Send in your people's CVs
Upload them one at a time or as a batch, email them to [email protected], or work from inside ChatGPT or Claude.
- 3
Check and submit
Each CV opens beside the original for checking and editing. Download them in Word or PDF, with the key personnel schedule in Excel.
Formatix places only what the CVs and your notes contain. Missing facts stay blank, and whether a person meets a tender's minimum is the bid team's call.
Templates to start from
Each one is rebuilt in your brand. Or upload your own format, or the one your client sends you, and Formatix builds the template from it.

Frequently asked questions
- Can Formatix use the CV form from our tender documents?
- Yes. Upload the form in Word, PowerPoint or Excel and Formatix turns it into a template that keeps its layout. You receive a filled sample to check before using it.
- Are the library templates official forms?
- No. The development-bank key expert CV follows the structure of the CV in World Bank Form TECH-6 and the SF330 template follows the blocks of Section E, but they are Formatix templates, not official forms. Always check the format the solicitation or tender asks for.
- Does it check whether someone meets the tender's requirements?
- No. Formatix places only what the CVs and your notes contain; it does not verify credentials, add experience or decide whether a requirement is met.
- What does it cost?
- Free to try: 10 free CVs, no card, with trial credits valid for 14 days. Paid plans start at £20 a month for 20 credits, charged in local currency at checkout, and one credit formats one CV.
