For education and supply teaching agencies

Formatix AI fills the documents supply teaching agencies send to schools: a compliance checklist laid out like the RM6376 Annex C checklist, and teacher or support staff profiles in your agency's format, from the CV, the compliance documents and your notes. Anything those sources don't contain is left blank, with a list of what is still needed.

No credit card. Your first ten CVs are free, and the trial credits are valid for 14 days.

The same checks, written up for every booking

Schools that book through the RM6376 Supply Teachers and Education Recruitment framework expect a compliance checklist when a booking is confirmed: identity, right to work, QTS or QTLS, employment history and references, DBS, barred list and prohibition checks, and training. Academy trusts are required to use the framework from September 2026.

All of it is already in the CV and the compliance file. The work is copying it into the checklist and the profile for each school, booking after booking, and making sure nothing is missed.

    How it works

    1. 1

      Load the format once

Upload the checklist or profile your school or trust uses, in Word or Excel, or start from a Formatix template below. Formatix builds a template that keeps its layout, and you check a filled sample.

    2. 2

      Send in the documents

The CV, plus the compliance documents and your notes. Upload them, email them to [email protected], let new CVs come in from JobAdder, Salesforce or HubSpot, or work from inside ChatGPT or Claude.

    3. 3

      Check, complete and send

The filled document opens beside the sources. Complete the blank fields, such as signatures and declarations, and download it in Word or PDF.

Formatix copies what your documents say. It does not carry out DBS, barred list, prohibition or right-to-work checks, and it never ticks a check or signs a declaration on anyone's behalf.

    Templates to start from

Each one is rebuilt in your brand. Or upload your own format, or the one your client sends you, and Formatix builds the template from it.

    Frequently asked questions

Is this the official RM6376 checklist?
No. It is a Formatix template for suppliers submitting to RM6376, built to follow the structure of the Annex C checklist published under the Open Government Licence. It is not an official form and carries no government logo. If your school or trust has its own form, upload it and Formatix builds the template from that.
Does Formatix check DBS, barred list or right to work?
No. It copies what your documents say into the checklist and leaves anything they don't contain blank. The checks and the declarations stay with your compliance team.
    Where are the documents kept?
Formatix is UK-hosted on AWS London. Team owners can set records to delete automatically after 30, 60, 90 or 365 days, records can be deleted at any time, and documents are never used to train AI models.
Does it work with our ATS?
JobAdder, Salesforce, HubSpot and Ezekia have native connectors on every plan, including the free trial. Any other ATS or CRM works by email: send the CV to [email protected] and the filled document comes back by reply.
    What does it cost?
Free to try: 10 free CVs, no card, with trial credits valid for 14 days. Paid plans start at £20 a month for 20 credits, charged in local currency at checkout, and one credit formats one CV.
