    Locum social worker profile

A locum social worker profile is what an agency sends a council with a social worker for a vacancy. Formatix fills it from the CV and your notes, shows registration, annotations, practice area and terms at the top, and prints "Not stated" for anything that is not given rather than guessing it.

No credit card. Your first ten CVs are free, and the trial credits are valid for 14 days.

    What it is

Team managers reading locum submissions look first for the Social Work England number, any AMHP or BIA annotation, DBS, the practice area, statutory work and when the social worker can start.

The Formatix template puts those first: who it is submitted to, the role and vacancy reference; the social worker's name, current title and specialisms; a registration panel; the terms (practice area, availability, notice, rate, base); a practice summary; statutory work; caseload experience; assignments and employment; qualifications and training; and the consultant's note.

Availability, notice and rate come only from your notes. Anything the council will expect that is missing goes on a Still needed box for the agency.

    Frequently asked questions

Can we use the council's own profile format?
Yes. Upload the format and Formatix builds a template that keeps its layout.
Does it state a rate if we have not agreed one?
No. Rate, availability and notice come only from your notes.
Does it work with our ATS or CRM?
JobAdder, Salesforce, HubSpot and Ezekia connect to Formatix natively on every plan, including the free trial. Any other ATS or CRM works with Formatix by email: send the CV and your notes to [email protected] and the filled document comes back.
