    • AMAZING platform & Customer experience

I cannot speak highly enough of this product. I did demo's on a few different platforms before we signed up. Formatix AI was by far the easiest to use. It has been a godsend for our business & the customer support is second to none. Dom is always so helpful & goes above & beyond to support.

    • Client reporting

We use the tool for all client documentation and progress reporting, primarily for board and C-level clients. The functionality is great and the output is accurate. The support is fantastic: fast, professional and flexible. The team adapts quickly to customer requirements.

    • Love the product and team

We've been using Formatix AI for a few years now and have processed over 1,000 CVs through the platform. It's been a consistently smooth experience — in fact, we haven't faced any glitches at all. What I like most is that it's simple and genuinely useful day to day — it saves time without adding complexity. The team has also been responsive and easy to work with whenever we've needed support. Overall, very happy with it and glad we've had it as part of our workflow.

    • Bonne solution

Bonne solution, il faut un peu de temps pour la mise en place et une bonne efficacité mais Dominic a toujours été très réactif face à nos demandes. Je conseille.
