For temporary and contract staffing agencies
Formatix AI turns temp worker and contractor CVs into your agency's profile, or the format a client or its managed service provider asks for, in Word or PDF, one at a time or in bulk. It keeps the layout, fills what the CV and your notes contain and leaves the rest blank.
No credit card. Your first ten CVs are free, and the trial credits are valid for 14 days.
Lots of candidates, short notice
Temp and contract desks move fast: a client needs someone tomorrow, and the profile has to go over tonight. Some clients, and the managed service providers that run their supply chains, want profiles or coversheets in their own layout.
Reformatting each CV by hand is the slowest part of a fast job.
How it works
- 1
Set up your formats once
Upload your agency profile or your client's format, or start from a template below. Formatix builds a template that keeps its layout, and you check a filled sample.
- 2
Send in the CVs
One or a batch, by upload, by email to [email protected], from JobAdder, Salesforce or HubSpot, or from inside ChatGPT or Claude.
- 3
Check and send
Each profile opens beside the original CV for checking and editing, then downloads in Word or PDF.
Rates, availability and anything else that isn't in the CV come from your notes, or stay blank for you to fill in.
Forms and documents
What each one is, what Formatix fills in from the CV and your records, and what stays blank for you to complete.
WordTemporary worker profileA temporary worker profile is the one page a staffing agency sends a client with a temp booking, showing when the worker can start, which shifts they work, the rates and the tickets they hold.
WordContractor profile with day rate, IR35 and availabilityA contractor profile is the short summary an agency sends a client with a contract submission, with the day rate, IR35 status and availability up front and the recent engagements below.
ExcelTemp shift availability gridA temp shift availability grid shows which workers in a temp pool can cover which shifts in the week ahead.
Templates to start from
Each one is rebuilt in your brand. Or upload your own format, or the one your client sends you, and Formatix builds the template from it.
WordTemporary worker profileA strictly one-page profile a staffing agency sends a client with a temp booking: the role put forward and when the worker can start, availability and shifts in large type, tickets and licences with any stated expiry, right to work, DBS, driving licence and transport on one line, pay and charge rate only as stated, a short table of recent assignments, their fit for the booking and key skills. Never infers a rate or availability.
WordContractor profileA short contractor submission profile of one to two pages: set out like a spec sheet: availability, day rate, IR35 status, location, remote working and security clearance as a plain terms table up front (only as confirmed), a short summary and the key skills, the most recent engagements as a table of dates, client, role and outcome, then certifications and education. Never infers a rate, IR35 status or availability.
ExcelTemp shift availability gridA week's shift availability for a temp pool in Excel: workers down the side with role, location, transport and compliance status as stated, Monday to Sunday across with each day's date from the week-commencing date, each cell the shift the worker said they can do (early, late, night, long day; blank when not stated), and live counts of workers available per day and per shift.
WordContractor CVThe agency CV format for contractors, interim and IT contractors: availability and terms up front, profile, key skills, technical skills by category, project-by-project engagements with client, role, dates, duration, deliverables and technologies, then earlier career, certifications and education.
WordCandidate profile (classic)A traditional one-page candidate profile with a clear career history, laid out the way clients expect to read a CV from an agency.
WordClient submittalA cover document that puts a candidate forward to a client: why they fit the brief, key facts, terms and next steps.
WordBlind profileAn anonymised profile that shows experience and fit without the candidate's name, contact details or photo.
