Public sector suppliers
Framework bid rate card
A framework bid rate card lists every role and day rate a supplier puts into a public-sector framework bid or call-off. Formatix fills one row per role from your notes, price list and CVs, copies each day rate exactly as given, never estimates one, and keeps a live summary of the rates and named candidates.
No credit card. Your first ten CVs are free, and the trial credits are valid for 14 days.
What it is
Framework bids, mini-competitions and call-offs ask suppliers to price each role, often with a level and a named candidate. The buyer contracts at those rates.
The Formatix template is one Excel sheet: a title block with the framework, lot, buyer, supplier, reference, date and rate basis; a live summary of roles priced, rates stated, the lowest, highest and average day rate, named candidates and roles with clearance; then one row per role.
A rate stated in another form, such as a range or an hourly rate, keeps its wording in the rate note and stays out of the summary.
What Formatix fills in
| Field | Filled from |
|---|---|
| Framework, lot, buyer, supplier, reference, date and rate basis | Your documents, as stated |
| Role, SFIA or GDaD level | Only as your documents state them |
| Day rate | Your notes or price list, exactly as given |
| Rate note | The stated wording when the rate is a range, hourly or TBC |
| Location and remote working, named candidate, years, clearance | Your documents; TBC when nobody is named |
| Still to confirm | What the documents do not give for that role |
What stays blank
| Field | Why it stays blank |
|---|---|
| A day rate not given as a single figure | Left blank, with the stated wording in the rate note. A rate is never estimated or converted. |
| A level not stated | Formatix never maps a role to a level itself. |
| Clearance not stated | Never inferred from a CV's employers or customers. |
The Still needed list
Each row has a Still to confirm column with up to three items the supplier must confirm for that role before submission, such as the day rate, a single rate where a range was given, the named candidate or the clearance needed.
