- Batches of ten run together on every plan, and pay-as-you-go packs go up to 60 credits for larger shortlists. Enterprise plans include 260 credits a month.
- Can the deck and the tracker come from the same batch?
- Yes. One extraction per candidate fills the Word profile, the PowerPoint shortlist deck and the Excel tracker, so they always agree.
- What if a CV is in another language?
- The extraction reads more than 40 languages and can format into English or keep the original language, whichever your template expects.
- Do I need to build templates first?
- No. Upload the profile, deck or tracker you already send clients and the template is built for you, with a sample emailed to check.
- Is bulk formatting included in the free credits?
- Yes. The 10 free credits that come with a new account can be used in one batch.
- Is bulk resume formatting the same thing?
