Temp shift availability grid
A temp shift availability grid shows which workers in a temp pool can cover which shifts in the week ahead. Formatix fills one row per worker from their availability messages and registration details, copies each day's shift exactly as the worker stated it, leaves unmentioned days blank, and counts workers available per day and per shift.

What it is
Temp desks collect availability by text, call and email every week and need to see cover at a glance before booking.
The Formatix template is one Excel sheet: the client or site, branch and week commencing; live counts of workers available per day and per shift; then one row per worker with role, location, transport and compliance status as stated, Monday to Sunday with each day's date, the days available and notes.
Every cell comes from what the worker or the coordinator wrote. A blank cell means the day was not mentioned.

- No. Pay details, contact details and other personal information are never put on the grid.
