Temporary and contract staffing

    Temporary worker profile

A temporary worker profile is the one page a staffing agency sends a client with a temp booking, showing when the worker can start, which shifts they work, the rates and the tickets they hold. Formatix fills it from the worker's CV and your registration notes, keeps every worker to one page, and prints "Not stated" for any booking fact that is not given rather than guessing it.

    What it is

When an agency puts a temp forward, the client wants the practical facts first: availability, shifts, the rate, right to work, DBS, licence and transport, and whether the worker has done this kind of work before.

The Formatix template puts those at the top of one page: the name, the role put forward, where the worker is based and who presents them, then Available from, availability and shifts in a ruled block. Below come tickets and certificates, a line with right to work, DBS, driving licence and transport, the pay and charge rate, up to four recent assignments, a short paragraph on their fit for the booking with the roles they suit and key skills, and the consultant's note.

Rates, availability, right to work and DBS appear only as the worker or your notes state them. The footer asks the client to confirm them at booking.

    What stays blank

    FieldWhy it stays blank
Any booking fact that is not statedIt prints "Not stated". Availability and rates are never inferred, a charge rate is never worked out from a pay rate, and nights or weekends are never assumed.
Right to work or DBS documents and numbersNever printed: no document type, passport, share code, visa or certificate number.
Contact and personal detailsEmail, phone, street address, date of birth, age, nationality, National Insurance number and health are never printed.
Consultant's note, when your notes give noneThe note is left out rather than written for you.

    Frequently asked questions

Is there a list of what is missing?
Not a separate one. Each booking fact that is not stated prints "Not stated", so the gaps show on the page itself.
Will it fit on one page?
Yes. Each part has a limit: up to four recent assignments, seven key skills and five tickets and certificates, with a short fit paragraph and consultant's note.
Can I send several workers at once?
Yes. Each worker gets their own page in the same file, so a temp shortlist goes to the client as one document.
Does it work with our ATS or CRM?
JobAdder, Salesforce, HubSpot and Ezekia connect to Formatix natively on every plan, including the free trial. Any other ATS or CRM works with Formatix by email: send the worker's CV and your notes to [email protected] and the filled document comes back.
