French tender team CV template (CV des intervenants, mémoire technique)
In a French public tender, the mémoire technique usually includes a CV for each person the company proposes for the mission, so the buyer can score the team. This Word template is that CV, written entirely in French in the formal register of tender documents: the rôle proposé sur la mission, the marché or lot, the company and current job title; a summary with years of experience, years in the field and with the company, time on the mission and place of work; diplômes et formations; certifications and qualifications as stated (for example Qualibat, OPQIBI, habilitations électriques or PMP); références similaires with the maître d'ouvrage, period, role held and amount when stated; the career; and languages. Formatix fills it from the person's CV, in any language, and your bid notes. It is a Formatix template, not an official form.
Bid teams answering French tenders rebuild the same people's CVs for every offer, around the role each person will hold and the references closest to the marché. This template does that from the CV and a short note from the bid team. A certification is never inferred from a diploma, and an amount appears only as the CV gives it, with its unit and HT or TTC.

Questions about this template
- Is the CV in French?
- Yes, entirely, in the noun-phrase style of French tender documents. Names of companies, clients, projects, schools and certifications stay as written; everything else is written in French, whatever language the CV is in.
- Where does the proposed role come from?
- From your bid notes, or from the CV when it says what the person is proposed for. It is never guessed from the current job title.
- Will it add certifications?
- No. Only the certifications and qualifications the CV states appear, with the level, number and year as written.
- Does it include a list of what is missing?
- No. This CV goes into the offer itself, so there is no internal Still needed box. Empty fields are simply left out.
- Is there a French version of this page?
- Yes, at /fr/modeles/cv-intervenant-memoire-technique.
