Federal key personnel resume template
A federal key personnel resume presents each person a government contractor proposes for a key position: proposed position and labor category, years of experience, security clearance when the CV states it, availability, education, certifications, a summary of qualifications, a table mapping each requirement to how the person meets it, and relevant experience with duties and outcomes, in two pages at most. The FAR sets no standard resume format, so each solicitation's Section L decides; this Word template is a clean starting point when it sets none, and Formatix fills it from each person's existing resume.
Proposal teams rebuild resumes for every pursuit, to a new page limit and a new list of required qualifications. Upload your solicitation's format, or a client's resume template, when there is one; use this template when it does not, and keep every resume in the volume consistent.

Questions about this template
- Is there an official federal proposal resume form?
- Not for proposals generally; we found no FAR provision setting one. Each solicitation's Section L sets the format. Architect-engineer selections use SF330 Section E instead.
- Can it include clearances?
- Yes, where the resume or your note states them. Formatix never adds a clearance or certification the source does not state.
- Can we use the format in our RFP?
- Yes. Upload it and Formatix turns it into a template; the solicitation's format always takes precedence over this one.
