An interview availability tracker shows, for one requisition, where every consultant is in the interview process and which slots are offered or confirmed. Formatix fills one row per consultant from the scheduling emails and notes, copies slots and dates exactly as written, and counts confirmed and awaited slots and consultants at each stage.

What it is
Scheduling interviews for a requisition means juggling client availability, vendor replies and notice periods. The tracker keeps it in one place.
The Formatix template is one Excel sheet: a title block with client, requisition, hiring manager and date, live counts of consultants, confirmed slots, slots awaited and consultants per stage, then one row per consultant with role, vendor or agency, stage, slots offered, confirmed slot, interviewer, format, notice or start availability, status and notes.
Every value comes from the documents. A blank cell means the documents did not say.

- Yes. Each row carries the vendor or agency that submitted the consultant, as written.
