Education and supply agencies
Teaching assistant and SEN support profile
A teaching assistant and SEN support profile is the one page an education agency sends a school so it can match a TA to a pupil's needs. Formatix fills it from the CV and your notes, shows the TA level and the SEN needs supported only as the documents name them, and lists what the school will still expect.
No credit card. Your first ten CVs are free, and the trial credits are valid for 14 days.
What it is
Schools placing support staff look first at the needs a person has supported and the kind of support they give, then at level, training and availability.
The Formatix template fits one page: name, role and base; SEN needs supported and support provided; how they supported those needs; TA level, qualification, key stages, first aid and availability; a profile; training and certificates with dates; recent placements; and a Still needed box. Its footer says level, training and availability are as stated by the candidate and the agency.
Anything not stated reads "Not stated" on the page.
