Executive CV template, two pages
An executive CV is the two-page version of a senior leader's career that a search firm sends to a client or a board. This Word template opens with the name and headline over a double rule, then the executive summary, key achievements in a tinted two-column panel, and a career history in which every role carries a scope line, the reporting line, P&L or budget, team size and markets as the CV states them, above its achievements. Board and non-executive roles follow in a table, then education, memberships and languages. Formatix writes it from the CV and never estimates a budget, headcount or board seat.
Boards and chairs read for scale: how big was the job, who did they report to, what changed. Most executive CVs make the reader dig for it. Here the scope sits on its own line under every role, and the whole career fits two pages.

In Formatix the template is rebuilt in your brand, with your logo, colours and fonts taken from your website, and filled from a CV or your notes in about a minute. What you keep is the finished document: an editable Word, PowerPoint or Excel file.
Ask for changes in plain words, such as "move the photo to the right" or "add a Languages section", and the template is updated with the rest of its formatting kept. Questions about this template
- What is the scope line?
- A single line under each role with the reporting line, board membership, revenue, P&L or budget, team size and markets, only as the CV states them. Formatix never estimates a figure or infers a reporting line from a title.
- How does it stay at two pages?
- The template keeps the five most relevant roles, with up to four achievements for the two most recent, and folds older roles into one entry with their dates.
- How is it different from the CEO candidate profile?
- The CEO candidate profile is a one-page summary with the consultant's view and a compensation panel. This is the executive's own CV in your format, with the career in full.
- Are board roles included?
- Yes, non-executive, trustee and advisory board roles in a table with their organisations and dates, as stated.
- Can I download this template?
- Yes. A free, editable Word version with neutral branding and three fictional example candidates is on this page, to fill in by hand. To have it rebuilt in your brand and written automatically from CVs, use it in Formatix; what you keep is an editable Word file.
