Candidate profile template, one PowerPoint slide
A one-slide candidate profile presents a candidate to a client on a single 16:9 slide, for a client deck, a shortlist meeting or a pitch. This PowerPoint template puts it in the firm's brand: a coloured panel with the logo, the candidate's photo in a round frame and up to four key facts such as location, notice period, package and languages; then the role the candidate is proposed for, their name, current role and company, a one-line headline, up to five key experience bullets, education and the three most recent roles. Clients often want candidates on slides, not in a pack of CVs: one slide each, dropped into the shortlist meeting deck. Building those by hand means copying from every CV into a layout that shifts each time. This template fills the same slide for every candidate, and it shows notice and package only when the candidate stated them. The slides are a normal PowerPoint file, so you can reorder them, add your own cover or copy them into an existing deck.

Questions about this template
- What is on the slide?
- The candidate's photo, name, current role and company, the role they are proposed for, a one-sentence headline, up to five key experience bullets, education, the three most recent roles with dates, and up to four key facts: location, notice period, package and languages, or experience and sectors where those are not given.
- How is it different from the candidate presentation?
- The candidate presentation is a five-slide deck about one candidate: cover, profile, career history, achievements and the consultant's assessment. This template is a single slide per candidate with no assessment, for decks where several candidates sit side by side.
- What if the CV has no photo?
- The round frame shows a neutral placeholder instead. Everything else on the slide is filled from the CV, and any slot the CV does not cover is left empty rather than padded.
- Will it show salary and notice?
- Only when the candidate or your notes state them. Notice is never inferred from a contract and a package is never inferred from a job title.
- Can several candidates go in one deck?
- Yes. Upload one CV per candidate and Formatix fills one slide for each, in upload order, all in one PowerPoint file. Every slide has the same layout, so a shortlist of four or six candidates reads consistently, and you can copy the slides straight into your own client or shortlist meeting deck.
