Licensed aircraft engineer profile template (Part-66)

A licensed engineer profile is what an aviation staffing agency sends a maintenance organisation. This Word template puts the licence first: number, categories, issuing authority and validity, then type ratings, company authorisation, experience and courses. Formatix fills it from the CV and your notes in your brand. Categories and type ratings are copied as stated, never inferred from a job title or from aircraft worked on, and a UK licence is kept apart from an EASA one. It is a Formatix template, not an official form.

A maintenance organisation reads the categories and type ratings before anything else. They come first here, and a licence is never presented as an authorisation.

In Formatix the template is rebuilt in your brand, with your logo, colours and fonts taken from your website, and filled from a CV or your notes in about a minute. What you keep is the finished document: an editable Word, PowerPoint or Excel file.

Ask for changes in plain words, such as "move the photo to the right" or "add a Languages section", and the template is updated with the rest of its formatting kept. If you already have a document you send clients, upload that instead and Formatix turns it into a template. How Studio builds templates

    Questions about this template

    Does Formatix check the licence?
No. It copies what the documents state. The maintenance organisation checks the licence itself and issues its own authorisation.
Can it tell UK and EASA licences apart?
It copies the issuing authority as stated and never changes one into the other.
Does it work with our ATS or CRM?
JobAdder, Salesforce, HubSpot and Ezekia connect to Formatix natively on every plan, including the free trial. Any other ATS or CRM works by email: send the documents and your notes to [email protected] and the filled document comes back.
