Your brand on every document
Your logo, colours and fonts, read from your website. Check them once and every document uses them.

Everything Formatix makes for you uses your brand: your logo, your colours and your fonts. It lives on the Brand page. The first time you open it, we read your brand from your website, so it is already set up for you. Check what we found. First, your firm name and website, exactly as they will print on your documents. Then your colours, each with a job. The main colour fills covers and headings, the second colour is for dividers, and the highlight picks out the details. Your fonts. Word and PowerPoint use a similar Office font that everyone has, so your documents look right on any computer. And your logos: the main one for white pages, and a white one for dark covers. If you have a larger version, upload it here. If anything is not right, change it by hand, or read your brand again from your website or from a document you send clients. When it looks right, press Confirm this brand. From now on, every template, document and post you make uses it.

The Template Library holds ready-made documents for executive search: candidate profiles, shortlists, trackers and reports. Every template is built in your brand, with your logo, colours and fonts. The brand it uses is shown here, and you can change it. Use the tabs to find the kind of document you need. Open a template to see a full sample in your brand, filled in with an invented candidate. Want it a little different? Tell the Studio Agent in plain words, or pick one of its suggestions. Each change takes a minute or two, and Undo takes you back a step. When you are happy with it, press Save template. Your template is saved, ready for your CVs.

Your templates are on your Home page. Press Use on the one you want. Add one CV, or up to twenty at once. Word, PDF and most other formats work. Each CV costs one credit. Tick Anonymise CV for a blind profile: names, contact details and photos are left out. Press Create. Formatting runs in the background, so you can carry on working. Follow progress in Records. Each CV takes about a minute. Open it to read and edit the profile in your brand, or press Download for the Word file. Side by side puts the original CV next to the new profile, so you can check it quickly before you send it.

Launch a search from one brief
The appointment brief, a page for the role, a LinkedIn carousel, a teaser, posts and adverts.
Read the transcript
Launch a search lives on the Brand page, under Brand tools. Press Launch a search. One brief gives you everything you need to announce the role. Choose the brand to use, then give the role title and your search reference. For a confidential search, leave Confidential ticked. You can type the client's name: we keep it out of every output and check each one for it. Then say how the client should be described. Paste the job description or your notes, or upload a PDF or Word file. Add the location, the must-haves, and the lead consultant. Their details go on every document and post. Start with the appointment brief: a letter from your firm, the role, the person, the timetable and how to apply. It costs one credit. Here it is, in your brand. Download the Word file to edit it, or the PDF to send. Publish a page for the role. It is free. Share it on LinkedIn, or paste the snippet into your own website. Turn the brief into a LinkedIn carousel, and a one-page teaser for direct approaches. Each costs half a credit. Then write the posts and adverts: a post for your firm, one for the consultant, adverts in three lengths, and a graphic in three sizes. Each one ends with how to get in touch. Copy and open LinkedIn puts the post straight into LinkedIn for you. Everything is kept under Your searches, so you can come back to it at any time.

Every search kept, every appointment announced
Pick up any search where you left off, then announce the hire.

Every search you launch is kept on the Brand page, under Your searches. Press Open. The brief and everything you made come back exactly as you left them, with no new charge. Pick up where you left off: make the teaser, write new posts, or close the page for the role when the search is filled. When the placement is confirmed and the client has agreed, announce the appointment. Add the appointee, their new title and the organisation, and a quote if you have one. A photo is optional. Press Write the announcement. It costs one credit. You get a post for your firm, one for the consultant, and a graphic to go with them.
Try it on your own documents
Start with 10 free credits and no card. Set up your brand once, and every document you make uses it.
