Graduate CV template
A graduate CV leads with education and projects, because that is where an early-career candidate's evidence is. This Word template opens with the name and an at-a-glance strip of the main degree, result and graduation, then the profile; education with the grade, relevant modules and dissertation; projects as cards two to a row; internships, placements and part-time work; skills; and languages, activities and awards side by side. Grades and classifications appear only as the CV states them, and a predicted grade is never shown as achieved. Formatix fills it from the CV in your agency's brand.
Graduate CVs are short on job titles and long on modules, projects and societies. A standard agency CV puts all of that at the bottom. This layout puts it first, so the client sees the candidate's potential before their part-time jobs.
10 free credits, no card needed. One credit fills one document.
An editable file with neutral branding and a fictional example candidate, to fill in by hand. Formatix fills it automatically from a CV.

Download or automate? The free download is a plain file you fill in by hand. In Formatix the template is rebuilt in your brand, with your logo, colours and fonts taken from your website, and filled from a CV or your notes in about a minute. What you keep is the finished document: an editable Word, PowerPoint or Excel file.
Ask for changes in plain words, such as "move the photo to the right" or "add a Languages section", and the template is updated with the rest of its formatting kept. If you already have a document you send clients, upload that instead and Formatix turns it into a template. How Studio builds templates
Questions about this template
- What is in the strip under the name?
- The main degree, its result and the graduation dates, as the CV states them. A result that is not stated shows as "Not stated".
- Will it show predicted grades?
- Only as predicted. Formatix never turns a predicted grade into an achieved one and never estimates a classification from module marks.
- How are projects shown?
- As cards two to a row, each with a title, the context (final-year project, hackathon, society), dates and a one-line summary.
- How long is it?
- One page for most graduates; two when there are several placements and projects.
- Can I download this template?
- Yes. A free, editable Word version with neutral branding and three fictional example candidates is on this page, to fill in by hand. To have it rebuilt in your brand and written automatically from CVs, use it in Formatix; what you keep is an editable Word file.
