Rail operative profile (PTS / Sentinel)
A rail operative profile is what a rail labour agency sends a contractor with a track operative. Formatix fills it from the CV, the Sentinel profile print and your notes, puts the Sentinel number, sponsor, medical and competences first, and never adds a competence or works out an expiry.

What it is
Rail contractors check a track operative's Sentinel record before anything else: the Sentinel number, the Primary Sponsor, the competences in date and the medical and drug and alcohol screening.
The Formatix template sets out the name and rail role; key facts (Sentinel number, Primary Sponsor, medical, last D&A screening, availability, base, shifts); the competences on the Sentinel profile with expiry; rail experience; and the CSCS card, other tickets and driving licence.
A competence is marked Expired only when the documents say so or a stated expiry date has passed. The Primary Sponsor is written as stated, never assumed to be your agency.

- No. It copies the Sentinel print and your notes. The contractor still checks the card and competences on Sentinel.
