About this tool
This free tool renders every page of a PDF, such as a candidate profile, a job spec or a CV, as a PNG or JPEG image and gives you them in a zip. Use it for a LinkedIn post, a client portal that only takes images, or a slide. No login; the PDF never leaves your browser.

72 dpi for a screen, 150 for most uses, 300 for print. PNG keeps text crisp; JPEG is smaller.

When recruiters use it
Posting a blind candidate profile or a job spec as an image on LinkedIn, where a picture gets more attention than an attached document; uploading a profile to a client portal or vendor system that only accepts images; dropping a page into a PowerPoint shortlist deck; or sending a quick preview to a hiring manager who is away from a laptop.
Worth knowing
- Images are pictures: the text in them can no longer be selected, searched or read by an ATS.
- Posting a candidate profile publicly needs the candidate's permission. For a job advert or a blind profile, anonymise first.
- A 300 dpi page is large. Big documents at high resolution are limited by your computer's memory.
Questions recruiters ask
- Which format should I choose?
- PNG for anything with text, because it stays sharp. JPEG if the page is mostly a photograph or you need a smaller file.
- What resolution is best for LinkedIn?
- 150 dpi gives an A4 page about 1240 pixels wide, which is plenty for a LinkedIn document or image post.
- Is the PDF uploaded?
- No. Pages are rendered in your browser and zipped there.
- Can I convert just one page?
- The tool renders every page. Split out the page you need with the free split tool first, then convert that one-page PDF.
