SIA licence and screening tracker (Excel)
An SIA licence tracker shows, one row per officer, whose licence and screening are due. This Excel template lists site, licence sector, number, expiry and last register check, screening period and status, right to work and first aid. An expiry turns red once it has passed and amber within 90 days of the as-at date, and only a full date is highlighted. Formatix fills each row from your records. It does not check the SIA register. It is a Formatix template, not an official form.
The sheet does not replace the SIA's free Licence Status Checker, which reads the register itself. It brings the licence together with screening and the other dates you track.
10 free credits, no card needed. One credit fills one document.
An editable file with neutral branding and a fictional example candidate, to fill in by hand. Formatix fills it automatically from a CV.

Download or automate? The free download is a plain file you fill in by hand. In Formatix the template is rebuilt in your brand, with your logo, colours and fonts taken from your website, and filled from a CV or your notes in about a minute. What you keep is the finished document: an editable Word, PowerPoint or Excel file.
Ask for changes in plain words, such as "move the photo to the right" or "add a Languages section", and the template is updated with the rest of its formatting kept. If you already have a document you send clients, upload that instead and Formatix turns it into a template. How Studio builds templates
Questions about this template
- Does this replace the SIA Licence Status Checker?
- No. That free SIA service reads the register. This sheet keeps your own dates in one place, including screening and first aid.
- What happens with a partial date?
- It is shown as written and not highlighted or counted. Only a full date turns red or amber.
- Does it work with our ATS or CRM?
- JobAdder, Salesforce, HubSpot and Ezekia connect to Formatix natively on every plan, including the free trial. Any other ATS or CRM works by email: send the documents and your notes to [email protected] and the filled document comes back.
