Offshore competency and certificate matrix (Excel)
An offshore competency matrix shows, one row per worker, which certificates and medicals are due on a project. This Excel template lists survival certificate, medical, competence and other tickets with expiries. A date turns red once it has passed and amber within 90 days of the as-at date, and only a full date is highlighted.
