Executive search · Assessment reports

What's the fastest way to produce executive assessment reports in your own template?

Write the assessment once, in your notes, and let software do the assembly. Formatix takes your interview notes, the candidate's CV, the ratings you gave and any psychometric results you hold, and lays them into your firm's own assessment report template in Word or PDF. The judgement stays with the consultant; the copying, charting and page breaks don't.

No card needed. Trial credits are valid for 14 days; plans start at £20 a month.

    Where the time actually goes

The thinking in an assessment report is the consultant's: what you saw in interview, how the candidate measures against the brief, the risks and the development points. That part is quick to write. The slow part is everything around it: copying dates and titles from the CV into a career table, redrawing rating bars, pasting results out of a provider's PDF and fixing the layout when a section runs onto the next page.

On a mandate with five finalists, that assembly is several evenings of associate time, and every report still needs checking against the house style.

What goes in and what comes out

    • In: the CV in any layout and any of 40+ languages, your interview notes, the competency ratings you gave, and any psychometric results your firm is licensed to use.
    • Out: your own assessment report template, filled. Ratings you supply are drawn as charts in your house style; the career history is laid out the way your template lays it out.
    • Formats: editable Word for final edits, or PDF to send. A CV in German and notes in English can go into an English report.
    • Your brand stays intact: Formatix builds the template from a report your firm already sends and keeps its fonts, colours, spacing and layout.

    The consultant owns the assessment

Formatix does not assess candidates or rate competencies. It draws the ratings you supply and lays your words into your report. Where psychometrics are part of the process, it does not administer, score or interpret the instrument either; it charts the results you already hold. Formatix isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Hogan, SHL, Saville or DISC publishers.

Every report can be reviewed and edited before it leaves the firm, data is processed in the UK and EU under GDPR, and nothing you upload is used to train AI models.

    Frequently asked questions

    Does Formatix write the assessment?
No. The assessment comes from your notes and your ratings, in your words. Formatix lays them into your template, builds the career section from the CV and draws your ratings as charts.
Can it include Hogan, SHL or Saville results?
Yes, the results your firm already holds can be charted in your house style inside the report. Formatix does not administer, score or interpret the instruments and is not affiliated with their publishers.
Will the report look like our existing ones?
Yes. The template is built from a report your firm already sends, so the cover, section order, typography and rating style stay yours. Every finalist's report on a mandate comes out in the same layout.
Which file formats do we get?
Editable Word (DOCX) so the consultant can make final edits, or PDF for sending on.
