Expert networks · Client shortlists
How do expert networks standardise expert profiles?
They use one client-facing profile template for every expert, with a fixed order: a headline, the roles relevant to the client's question with dates, areas of expertise and a short profile, and they convert each expert's CV, LinkedIn export and screening notes into it before the shortlist goes out. The aim is that every profile on a shortlist reads the same way, whoever prepared it. Formatix AI fills the network's template from those source documents in bulk, for the team to check.
No card needed. Trial credits are valid for 14 days; plans start at £20 a month.
What a standard expert profile contains
- Headline: the expert's most relevant role for this request.
- Relevant roles: company, title and dates, the most relevant first, not simply the most recent.
- Areas of expertise tied to the client's question.
- A short profile in the network's voice.
- Any points from the screening call the network chooses to share.
Why standardisation matters
Clients compare experts side by side and decide quickly. Profiles in different layouts, lengths and tones slow that down and make the network look less careful. A single template, filled the same way every time, makes the shortlist easy to read and easy to check before it is sent.
Doing it with Formatix
Upload your profile template once, then each expert's CV or LinkedIn PDF export with your screening notes. Formatix fills one profile per expert in about thirty seconds, relevant roles first as your note directs, and shows each beside the source. It does not verify an expert's background or check conflicts; that stays with your compliance process. Data is processed in the UK and EU under the UK GDPR, and uploaded documents are not used to train AI models. New accounts get 10 free credits, valid for 14 days, with no card.
